Project Description

A residence full of details and design, versatile and functional. It was designed for a couple who are passionate about design and art, featuring finely treated natural wood textures, ribbed walls with lighting that conceals doors to functional spaces, double heights, and large windows that integrate the view of the local coffee plantations as if they were a large-scale painting. Large eaves protect the facades, aesthetically designed with elements in white, black, and natural teak wood.

Respect for the environment and topography was a fundamental requirement, so the structure was built on a plateau at the top of the lot and partially floating over the slope, creating a balance between the volumes of the residence and the sloping lot.

Natural lighting and ventilation through large windows in facades and clerestories invite the environment and sunlight to subtly enter, while maintaining control with sunscreens and curtains.

A masterpiece achieved through teamwork with the active participation of the owners.
