The ground floor features a garage for two vehicles, integrated with wide stairs surrounded by plants and flowers, welcoming the homeowner with nature, natural light, and life as they ascend to the second level. On the second level, there is a double-height living space, office, dining room, kitchen, and terrace with a barbecue area connected to a spacious garden that leads directly to the gym surrounded by vegetation. All these spaces are integrated into a single open and bright area.
